Pedro Henrique Archer Morgado
Pedro is a partner in the Corporate and Real Estate practice area. He practices mainly in M&A operations, corporate restructuring, succession and governance planning. In the Real Estate area, his performance stands out in real estate projects, purchase and sale of assets, subdivisions, BTS contracts, structured projects, among others.
EDUCATION
He holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), and also has a Bachelor’s Degree from UFMG, and is a Specialist in Corporate Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC-MG).
Pedro has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Law.
