Matheus Puppe is a partner in TMT and Privacy & Data Protection. Lawyer in Germany, Brazil and Portugal. He has extensive experience in implementing Compliance and Data Protection (GDPR and LGPD) programs, as well consulting in, Digital Law and new technologies. He is member of the CNJ (National Counsel of Justice) Compliance WG and the Judiciary Integrity Committee (CINT). He has also been a speaker in several countries on Data Protection, Compliance, Cryptocurrency Regulation, Digital Law and Law & New Technologies; Guest professor of the postgraduate course in New Technologies, Compliance, ESG, and Contracts at USP. Guest professor at the Escola Superior do Ministério Público do Estado de Goiás, specializing in Compliance and Economic Criminal Law.
EDUCATION
He has a master’s degree (LLM) from the Goethe University of Frankfurt, and is a doctoral candidate at the Goethe University of Frankfurt. He holds a postgraduate degree in Global Law from the Free University of Brussels, a postgraduate degree in International Arbitration from the Goethe University of Frankfurt, a postgraduate degree in Law & Technology (Digital Law) from the University of Stockholm and a postgraduate degree in Global Cases and US Law from Masaryk University. He has extensive experience in implementing Compliance and Data Protection (GDPR and LGPD) programs, as well consulting in, Digital Law and new technologies.
