
Cristiane Sanches
Cristiane is a partner in the TMT, Privacy & Data Protection area at Maneira Advogados, associated with ECIJA. With over 18 years of experience in telecommunications regulation and new technologies, her work is focused on consulting and advocacy.
She is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association.
She is part of Anatel’s Advisory Board, by appointment in a triple list by the Presidency, for a term ending in 2023. Her institutional role includes participation in the ITU-D Study Group 1 – “Enabling environment for the development of telecommunications/ICTs”, as well as in the information collection conducted by the OECD in the Review of Telecommunications and Broadcasting in Brazil (2019/2010). Cristiane is a member of the Board of Directors of ABRINT and of the Advisory Board of LAC-ISP, as well as coordinates the regulatory WG of Telcomp. She participates in the legal and regulatory board of Netserv and makes up the Board of Directors of Vip Br Telecom, a company of the Grupo Eb Capital.
EDUCATION
Bachelor of Law and specialization in Business Law, both from the University of São Paulo – USP, and also accumulates the title of Specialist in Digital Law from the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society – Harvard University – Cambridge, USA and a Master’s in International Relations from the San Program Tiago Dantas – State University of Campinas – UNICAMP.
